update: I remain just as talented at procrastination as when I was in school "for real"... I am only taking one class, which is lots of fun and I have no reason to avoid studying for it, and I waited till I was on the bus to work this morning to do my homework. sometimes I confound myself; I tried to do it last night but I kept distracting myself, sort of on purpose, and finally fell asleep on the floor with my head in the book, french dictionary as my unforgiving pillow. I had ink on my face when I woke up at like 2 a.m.
But it feels really good to be back in school, even if it's just a little. I know my still-fighting Reedie comrades may not want to hear this, but i reflect on my 4 years there with a strange and persistent nostalgia... I miss it. Never thought I would say that. Can't wait for grad school, perhaps I should consider actually applying soon.
I feel like kissing someone unsuspecting tonight... I wonder who the lucky victim will be? hmmmm.
