i've been trying but i can't seem to do it. how do i change my picture to a new one so it is not all stretched? it is in my pics folder.

okay, i'm smart too. but i can't seem to make it look nice that size. especially the last one i tried. i cropped it and you couldn't tell what you were sitting on. it could be a toilet for all anyone knows.
