boo! happy halloween!

i have been happily killing brain cells since thursday, and i just can't go out anymore. i am zooted. but i had a glorious time, more consecutive hours of happiness than i can remember having in quite some time.

if i talked to you on the boat party, remind me. it's a bit hazy

ok, so i got tagged.
here's 20:

1. i have 4 sisters; i'm the baby and the favourite. this is common knowledge in the family and everyone's ok with it (i think).
2. my mum says if i had been a boy she would have drowned me. she is almost certainly not kidding at all.
3. my dad used to be a spy in the CIA.
4. though my capitalization is lax i have very good grammar and i am a good speller. it annoys me when people aren't & sometimes i correct their grammar & then feel very badly for it. i don't want to be that pretentious fucker who's always correcting you.
5. i can easily succeed at most things i try despite doing very little work but i hate it that i can.
6. i once had a hamster named vanna white... my dad tried to flush her when she died while i was at school & she got stuck. that was traumatic.
7. i loooooove salt; in fact i am eating olives right now!
8. my favourite animals are bats, sloths, and giraffes.
9. i was born at SF General, the youngest preemie ever to survive there in 1980.
10. I have lived in at least 13 cities all over the country (+ Paris), many of them before i was 12.
11. i have been seeing the same hairdresser (Ghostcowboy!), for almost 8 years.
12. i have dated 3 dudes named pablo.
13. people see me as successful and busy but i see myself as unmotivated and apathetic. (closely related to #5 above).
14. i don't know how to get what i want in my life and that's scary to me.
15. i was left handed until i was 7 but then i switched. i was totally ambidextrous for 2+ years but then i lost it.
16. my dad was a housedad (while my mum was a junkie) and we spent all our time painting & having adventures together. that probably explains why i turned out so cool.
17. i get drunk pretty fast but i can keep drinking for a very long time.
18. in 6-7th grade i had really horrible insomnia and only slept about 3 hours a week for almost 2 years. that truly defines horror for me. it was a nightmare in so many ways. it suddenly stopped for no discernible reason.
19. i used to dance with the washington ballet company. i did ballet for over 15 years.
20. i really really really like this boy and i think he really likes me too. i can't concentrate on my work it's baaaaad. in a good way.
