ate many oysters today. it seems that every few weeks i spend a weekend day sitting in the sun eating my fill of oysters. don't get me wrong, i enjoy this so very very much. its just that a few hours later i have an empty stomach. like now. i'm starving.

I won my companies 'make a playlist for the employee that is leaving' contest. My prize was a cocktail. I collected this prize at the Orbit Room in the form of a Mojito. First one ever. It was ok but I can see how one can drink 4 of them and then fall down. Perhaps thats the point.

I went to the Monster Truck Ralley. I didn't see davel's post until the next day. Sorry davel. I did, however, take a date to the ralley. I think it went well. She wants to hang out again.

Tomorrow I go to the monster truck rally in San Fransisco. I grew up with the ads screaming out SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!!! and yet I never went. I remember my friends from home setting aside full weekends to go see Grave Digger and that transformer robot thinger but I always declined. Now I want to go.
