So... I bought a trombone a few days ago for an insanely high price of thirty bucks and a jacket at a thrift store. But then my friend who I bought it from bought me lunch with my money, so it was all good. I mean the monetary transaction, the food was a little bit lacking.

Anyway, I decided that it'd be great to ska up the trombone case and make it checkered, so I did. Here's sort of a step by step of what I did.

I bought the trombone.

Measured out 3x3 inch squares and covered them with painter's tape. Also covered up the hardware like the clasps, etc.





Then I spray painted the hell out of it. So all the little blue and black squares were all white.



And then I let it sit for fuckin' ever and then took all the tape out and it looks all checkery and amazing.



Now I just gotta find the right font to spray paint SKA IS NOT DEAD on both sides. And then, obviously learn how to play trombone.
