I have moved up finally! 205lbs bench press for five reps. Now my arms are like noodles although next time I will need a spot cause It took a full minute to do the last one. Nothing els new to report sir!

I love being sick. All of the viscous green and yellow bodily goop backing up your sinus cavity like Austin traffic. Then blowing your nose till you've rubed the skin raw only to find that nothing comes out only now you have givin yourself a headache....ahhhhhhh this sucks must bore hole through head and manually extract the evil from it's source.
