after a long day of chat with you guys, i guess its only fair that you find out how my night turned out. its safe to say that i have seriously had a migraine for the past 6 days (no b.s.) and that tonight has only made it MUCH MUCH WORSE!!! i just spent THREE WHOLE HOURS with one of the MOST ignorant people that i have EVER EVER met. i spent an hour and a half arguing how it isnt right to call someone a faggot. this kid actually thought that its ok to use terms such as this one and that people SHOULD NOT be so sensitive! im just astounded. he also thinks that girls are dumb, annoying, and only care about looks. HA!!! on top of ALL THAT (!) he thinks that traveling doesnt give anyone any more education and that no one needs to be culturally aware! ARGH! im sooooooo upset by all this! i have just wasted a long time with this dude and have a WORSE migraine from it. i shoulvdve stayed in and done some hmwrk! or gone to tinye's party! ugh, bad decision. im SO not the person to back down and listen to someone's ignorance all night, i just dont stand for shit like that. please just someone make this better...

I hope your headache clears.
If you are having problems with headaches constantly i'de suggest going to a health food store and asking someone in the nutrition department what they have to offer for it.
