Thanks once again. My studio is my basement which is better than an apartment as far as comfort goes. I trashed my living space. I turned our dining room into a studio, got paint all over the hard floors, it was a mess. I was very suprised we got deposit back. Now my studio floods when it downpours, but at least something is something
