I'm sorry to hear you were sick in bed for the holidays , thats gotta suck .

I'm in the middle of moving too , and for the past two days , I went back to bed instead of packing .

The digital camcorder is nothing more than a movie camera that doesn't use film , It is a nifty little gift and I've been looking for victims to film .

It has been five months since I had my stroke and the doctors finally gave me the Ok to begin weight training again , which is a good thing cause I'm starting to feel all fat and stuff like that . In another month or so I will be able to return to work .

I hope your are feeling better and do better at packing than I have .

Are you bipolar or just prone to have panic attacks from withdrawal symptoms ? Earlier this year in August I went into renal failure then cardiac arrest followed by a stroke , I spent three weeks in a coma , when I finally woke up I didn't know where I was or what had happened to me , and to top things off I had to cope with the temporary loss of my eyesight . During this time I had several nasty panic attacks .

I hate fear factor too , I don't know how those contestants can eat some of the sickest things out there , and only for a chance to eat more gross stuff and risk life and limb for a few dollars

Moontide, AA can be a great place, but watch out for the 13th step--don't let anyone take advantage of you. Find a good sponsor and stick with them.

Wow , you seem to have tried most of the vices out there , and sadly at such a young age . I hope you have the inner strength to cope with the withdrawal symptoms , many try and fail , I have witnessed this in my own family . I have a cousin who became a heroin addict at the age of 15 , He is 33 now and has spent half of his life in jail , he has alienated his entire family and has a beautiful 17 year old daughter who has never known him . Many years ago as a Navy SEAL I spent time in the Golden Triangle , basically everyone who lives there works in the drug trade , many die in their early 20's , there are no programs or support groups........even young children are involved ...... it's such a sad place
