I aim to loose some weight too, after all of the Christmas indulgence. I lost 30 lb over 2005 on the weight watchers plan, but I have gained back 5 lb over the holiday
I hope your new job gives you a good workplace and considerate managers. It makes a huge difference if work is OK. So I will also be wishing that comes true for you.
