i started reading the mark leyner one, but so far i'm not feeling it. the other book i've read of his was short stories, but totally disjointed and not typical "stories" with plot and everything. i don't know how well he's doing at putting together a real story...or maybe i just don't like the main character, which is losely based on himself at 13. he's just an ass, but i guess that's the point. i'll probably stick with it...heh, since i'm only on about pg 5
