this use to mean something as grand as "death" to me.
now it just means "youth" and why not to mourn it...etc.

beautiful as all hell still and always

simple pleasures
all is well
and if i should fall alone
don't be sad
for everything has a time
and i too shall leave
and all fantasies
shall one day die
to give birth to again
new love to share
new flowers to smell
and new lives to be told
and when this world has forgotten us
and generations pass by
names on graves
we will still know
how the wind felt
as it stung our eyes
on a day that meant nothing
when there was nothing more to think about
than the step ahead of our feet
