For fuck's sake, it's been like two weeks, you'd think that something interesting would have happened to me. But alas. I am still avoiding work, but I've moved on to avoiding reading Things Fall Apart. I'm not sure I really need to be, since it looks short, but that only gives me an excuse. And I've heard bad things from people on several occasions. Whatever. There's a good album named after it. I suppose that counts for something.

What else...I obviously finished Angels in America, which at some point I plan on writing about, but I don't really care to now. Some sweeping entry about the way people react to homosexuality in America, since I often feel like we're socially retarded in this country when it comes to sexuality. But that will remain in the future, because really, as much as I enjoy avoiding reading, writing that shit would be dull. Basically, I got a really negative reaction from a lot of people when I told them I watched Angels, my boss said, "What are you, gay??" He was half-kidding, but this is not a particularly homophobic man, and lots of other reactions were quite similar. So, what the hell?

Whatever. I'll finish the thought later. For now, it's four am, I should start reading this bloody thing.
