Its been a strange week.
My roommate got into a car accident (luckly no one was hurt), my friend's grandmother died, and my lab partner is talking about leaving the school because the one professor he'll have for the next 12 months, is the one professor who really doesn't like him.

highlight of thanksgiving:
getting high with my cousins after a big turkey dinner.
finally scoring some grass ... off my cousin ... who apperently was dealing for years.
low point of thanksgiving:
Having to defend interracial marriage ... again ... against two uncles, two aunts, and two cousins.
I'm back and I'm happy to be so.

i sympathise, every thanksgiving i get into a religious or political or racial or [insert whatever] debate with my uber-conservative uncle and grandmother. whether it be unitarianism, body piercing, interracial dating, or vegetarianism, the good times never end. i usually end up getting sick of the arguements and stop talking, so they think they've won. boo.
well ... i'm off to PA ... again!!!
i got off without too much racist this past weekend ... lets hope I remain as lucky.

I'm going up to philly this weekend, coming back to balto for 2 days(!) then going back up to penn. to spend thanksgiving with my grandparents and my oh-so racist cousins ... yay.
