i met my boy when he went to england on vacation, i was the young waitress n he was the tall dark american (he looked very different from all the small,bald,chubby english men)......
he asked me out on jan 2 and we went on the 3rd (my mums b/day) he left the next day and i was truly devasted! two days later i recieved a letter in the post from him telling me that he thought the world of me and he had feelings of being in luv....i didnt tell him i felt the same right then, i think i was too scared.
anyway to cut a very long story short we wrote for 9 mnths till i moved to america to be with him , that was in sept 99 and we have been together ever since
i cant tell u how many ppl told me
"ooo it wont work, he lives too far away"
even some of my close friends said this to me but i ignored them and focused in moving to the usa.
u dodnt have to tell me that long distance relationships are hard coz i soooooo know..lol!!
ianyway, u know what they say
'all good things come to thse who wait'
thats what i kept telling myself
i hope this is a good likkle love story for ya, and plus it has a happy ending and a long distance shuved in there to make it even more dramatic, lol.
(i cant believe it myself some times)
