i have to go a bit ugly here for a bit guys. i need to remember my good friend benjamin david tiffner. he died one year ago 7 november 2007 in baghdad, he was a good friend who, when i was in my time of need, had given me love and support when i had nothing left. he had told me..."i knew you would come back". one year ago, a man who believed in me, who loved me, and his spirit had helped rebuild me in a time when all i had on my side was love. nothing else. love and support pulled me through.

never give up guys. if life kicks you in the face. you can fight back...AND BE BETTER THAN BEFORE! especially with family and friends that would die for you!
