I went in search. I really tried to find him but it's like searcihng for a dime on a mile long beach. after five hours the probability of him not being covered by sand drops to about none.
I'm sorry. I really am. I don't like the thought that anyone is left cold. i suppose it's not an apologetic situation but i still can't help but feel bad that I not only couldn't find him but that I didn't stay out until I did.
I went to every 24 hour establishment i could find in the area. even ones that had nothing to do with dining or even ones that would have a place to sit. I went to parks in the area but I figure him to have enough sense to stay out of the parks at night. not because of danger but more because the sprinklers will turn on a minute after you finally grow so numb to the cold that you're able to drift to sleep. nothing. and the chinese were everywhere. I even found a video diner- called the THAI ME UP cafe... not the right time to laugh, i guess.
I wish i could have done more but we're only able to do so much before it seems hopeless. At least, though, you have my number in case you do know where he is tomorrow. if you notice him post let me know no matter what time it is and I'll try to track him down before he has a chance to get too far. if not, then you can give him my number somehow and have him speak to aaron. Since I'll be gone it's up to him ot trust him with my place. I will be here tomorrow with no plans on leaving my apartment during the day so he has the window to talk to me personally. I have no problems with letting him stay the 2 weeks I'll be gone.
