I'm looking for a house to buy. I have to get out of this cramped room or I'll go nuts. Good news - I got a permanent job last week so I should have no trouble getting a home loan. They said I could borrow about $330,000. Not enough to buy in an area I would prefer but enough to get something decent in the southern suburbs. I'll have to start getting up early on Saturdays to go house hunting.
