So got some new games for my birthday to take me away from Star Wars Galaxies...

Disgaia: Hour of Darkness

Final Fantasy XI
Castlevania is really cool... I was trepadatious at first, as the reviews are somewhat mixed, but it's lots of fun... in so many ways, it's just Symphony of the Night in 3D... and that's a major accomplishment. I'm moving right along... just over half way through it.
It's too soon to tell about Disgaia, but it's pretty darned funny. Even the item descriptions are hillarious (such as Common Spear: This is just a normal spear. Bleh.). We'll have to see how it goes, but it's looking really deep.
I don't know what I should do about Final Fantasy XI. Being such a fan of both FF games and MMORPGs, there's no way I'm not going to try it out... but I'm still so involved in Galaxies that I'm not sure how to split my time. I guess I should play whatever most peaks my interest, but I do have responsibilities with Galaxies (part of a guild, a weaponshop to maintain, a time investiture, etc).
I know, I know... we should all have such mundane problems in our lives. In my defense, I am holding down a full time job, grad school classes, and a girlfriend (well, not holding her down... at least, not currently).
These are just my random thoughts on the day after my B-day.
PS My friends surprised the shit out of me... first surprise party of my life, and boy did they get me.
