The blue uniform is the new navy working uniform, replacing utilities. they don't breathe at all and we look like blueberries. worst. idea. ever.
i had a steroid injection in my hip to ease the pain, i don't really know what i did but it had something to do with hip flexor tendonitis. I could hardly walk after a run. It's a lot better now though, haven't had any pain yet.
