I sold a painting! Yeeay!

Okay, not for very much, but it's the first thing I've sold in about 4 years, so I'm very happy about it! It's a landscape of my home town. I just need to reglaze it and then it goes to its new home.

Had top night out last night, met up with friends and saw a band play in a pub, then went on to an open-mic night. I'd only intended to stay for a couple of drinks but ended up staying out till 6am. And I lost my keys, so had to go round to my ex's to get a spare set, fortunately he gets up very early in the morning so didn't mind. I am throwing a sickie from work today, first time I've done that in YEARS, but I'm just in no state to go in. Oops.

A very nice man gave me his number in the pub, a guy I'd worked with for years and had a secret crush on, he doesn't work there any more, so we had a wee blether and then he suggested we go for a drinkie sometime. YAY! He is a dish!

Still nowt from the Hunky Hun, so I am not really counting him in the equation anymore. We made no promises, so fair 'nuff.

Right, I'm off to flake for a bit!
