Well, I should be up to my neck in Latin right now, but ooops! I am on here instead. Shall be back to swotting pretty soon. Exams are on the 20th and 21st - eeeek! - so I'm not getting out and about much. It's a few days yet to pay day so skintness is also keeping me at home.
I think it will be quite a quiet weekend. I am NOT going into the office. No matter how busy we are.
Bobby cat is much better now that the vet has given him some ointment for his eye - he hates having it put in and wriggles like mad every time I have to catch him, but it took the swelling down within a day, so he is a handsome boy once more! Bless his wee white socks.
I am just knackered! but the self discipline is paying off...I realised last night that there are some things about Latin grammar that are very like Russian grammar - about the way the aspects of verbs work - and when I looked at my Greek work this morning the same principles applied. So that was a real breakthrough in my understanding and will make revising a lot easier.
Do I sound like a big girly swot? Yes, I probably do, so will shut up about that stuff and talk about my underwear instead. Today, folks, leopard bra and black knickers. Sorry not to be matching. But I did wear high heels to work.
