oooh slight hangover!

Had a big night out last night...went to dinner with a friend at the new Mediterranean restaurant round the corner, which was fab, we consumed an awful lot of wine and got chatting to the people who work there. Turns out the owner is Algerian, so they do a lot of North African food, and the waitress is from Lithuania. Have promised to bring her some black bread next time I bake as she is a bit homesick.

Went up town afterwards to meet other friends and go for drinks and a boogie at the Egg - brilliant music all night - the Smiths, Cabaret Voltaire, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the Cure, a big slice of Northern Soul at the end...fab

We demolished a bottle of wine afterwards while having a post boogie wind down...and I succumbed to nictotine urges. Baaaad.

The one bloke I am vaguely interested in at the mo was there, and we chatted...but no progress, think there is still something between him and his ex...boo hoo.

Woke up this morning (afternoon?) with my two gorgeous kitties snuggled up to me purring

Now to finish the last of the goulash and write my Latin essay...
