Went shopping with my friend yesterday - got the coveted pink DMs which look fab! I'd forgotten what it was like to have sensible footwear. Might paint daisies on them for uber-cuteness. Also spent a fortune on makeup, a pink hat and a fantastic green jersey that makes me look all bosoms - very sweater-girl!
Then we had some dinner, got drunk and went to a festival comedy show about ladies shopping habits...strangely appropriate...And we could take our booze in so we did. Bumped into a girl I knew years ago at college, so spent some time catching up with her. An old boyfriend called as well, he was at a loose end so came and joined us in the pub.
Copious quantities of alcohol, nicotine and late nite chip suppers later, got home with old BF in tow. Polished off every drop of gin in the house - god we felt
this morning.
