It's not lame that I am starting my birthday out here, is it?!
One friends helping me plan my party invited people I don't know to part of the festivities . . .not sure how I feel about that. If she'd have *asked* I'd have probab;y been fine about it. And if she hadn't been defensive when I seemed a little shocked/offended. . .
But NO, it shan't ruin the day.
OH. and my first gift I bought with my birthday money. A VIOLIN! It's true. I don't know how to play it, but dammit I am gonna try.
My honey bought me a great costuming book and the Christopher Guest DVD set from amazon . . . Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show and A Mighty Wind. I see a marathon on the horizon.
I guess that's all for now.
