I'm back from Ohio, well rested and caught up at work... Life is good!
It went so fast and I wanted to see everybody but with such a short amount of time it was difficult. After driving eight hours we arrived Saturday night and first thing headed out to Evolved to see my good friend Lindsay Hearts. Nest it was of to Surly Girl where we met up with Sunshine and feasted on beer and other tasty goodness.
The next day came very early. Luscious shot with the talented AlissaBrunelli then it was a quick meal and off to the Schottenstein Center for early ticket pickup for Metallica and waiting in to cold for a ridiculous amount of time. Metallica was... Metallica. The Sword and Down opened and they were great, definitely worth checking out if you haven't. After the concert it was a hunt to find Havana to say hello with hopes to hang out too. Then it was another quest to find food where we were accompanied by Radeo and Meow. Our busy day caught up with us as we got increasingly exhausted, drunk and with the threat of another early morning upon us we had to tap out and go back to the hotel.
Monday morning I got to work with AlissaBrunelli for the first time, which was such so much fun! I can't tell you how excited I am for this folks! Then as soon as it was done we hit the road for another eight hour stretch home.
I had a great time, but it seemed too short. I really want to come back and have more time to hang out with people.
