Who it's been a bit since I have updated. I sincerely apologize.
A quick note about what's going on:
I sold my house and purchased a building downtown with both commercial and residential space. It is in desperate need of repair and some heavy duty cleaning which seems to have been taking up all of my time. I have full access to the building and I still have my house so my stuff is just in complete disarray.
But here's the kicker... My house closes on the 21st and my real estate agent called to tell me that the purchaser is in the hospital and may not pull through! What the hell do I do next? I called my Lawyer who's calling her lawyer and I guess we just wait and see. Really it's been so difficult getting this building already and just when I thought the deal was in the bag something extreme like this happens! Only me. But it's sad too. I want to send the purchaser some flowers.
The Rue Morgue Festival of Fear was amazing. It was so great working with Sarah, Martini, Lucy and Tekky. They are some really great girls. I met some great new people too. Here are a couple of pics from the con.
Next for me is I'm heading to Montreal for the weekend. I can't take too much time out right now but I'll be at the Montreal Tattoo and Art Festival for Sunday. I can't wait to meet all the girls at the SG booth.

My real estate agent called to say that she found some fine print ensuring it will go through with no problems.... Five minutes later my lawyer called to say the purchaser is out of the deal. She is closer to death than recovery and will not follow through with the purchase of the house. My lawyer also said that Remax has already relisted my house.

I'm sorry to hear about all of these difficulties with the real estate, though, and I've got my fingers crossed on your behalf. I hope that it will work out for you in the end!
