I’m lucky enough to celebrate this week with my husband and kids because we’re all still here. We have been fortunate enough to have not lost anyone to covid so far and even though we aren’t having any grandparents or siblings or aunties and uncles over, we know they’re all alive and well and that’s more than millions of people around the world can say this year. I don’t see it as giving up a tradition, I see it as something to be grateful for.
