Well, I was walking from work to the blue line today (much like every other day) and saw my very first dead person. I don't know what happened to the guy. It was right by the parking garage on Wells near subway... dude was on the ground his face was all bloodied... If he was hit by a car coming to/from the garage the car didn't stop... the paramedics tried to give him mouth to mouth... no success... then they prepped him for the portable electric shock things... then clear... and nothing. it made me sad.
