i feel very fat today
that makes me unhappy
ive overate the past 3 days
i need to get back on track eating good tomorrow

flip side, i took a hour long interval training class at the gym
it was fun
the instructor chick was so attractive, she's a dancer and she was feminine but had very muscular arms.
and her hair was blonde and red on the bottom
seeing her dancing around was my inspriation to keep going
so is the uber short chick in the front corner.
she's petite like me, cept more pear shaped, but still has a "thicker" body like me.
cept she's mainly muscle and has a great ass lol
the way she carries herself makes me push myself too.
she's prolly gunna think im a stalker since ive been taking the same classes as her lol
their just the most interesting classes that i can do.
and if theymake her look that way, then...welll...imma use her as an example lol

oh well....hopefully i'll feel better about my plushy tummy later or tomorrow...
