i dont get it. i go on a diet. and im good. and now im 109.5 pounds (still 21% body fat though)
ugh i dont know if its because im in my 3rd week of pills before my period or what but this is getting extremely annoying and discouraging...i cant even tell you.
i joined Selfs Body Challenge so i can record all my stuff and get tips and all that.....im hoping it works...
they say you can loose up to 8 pounds every month. but im eating less calories than they suggested by about 200. ...
