Flew to Minneapolis on Tuesday to see the first show of the Pixies reunion - and it was spectacular. They were on point. None of that youthful, nervous energy but still rocked pretty hard. Despite being from a very homogenous city, Minneapolis folks: really nice. Post show, had to go back to hotel and write it up for the mothership, so didn't make it to local township's party, but was nice to be invited. Flew back to work on the red-eye, all but shot, but nice to have the experience in hand. Once in a while, gotta head out on the music adventure...

My fiance is English and so I thought since I havent finished College, it would be a nice idea to go over there and conitnue my studies. I stayed for 2 1/2 months.Had to come back for family matters.
Where in NY are you at?
