Yep, working any customer service job is the pits. I love when people come in and yell at me because they are having a shit day and I happen to be wearing a name tag. Take my approach. Smile. offer what you can. Then if they still act like douchebags, politely and quietly tell them to leave your store and to go fuck themselves. It makes me smile every single time to watch their eyes bulge out of their skulls. And when the boss gets wind of it, calmly say, "No, I used no foul language, the customer wast the one using the foul language, that's why I asked them to leave the store."
But it'll only work once or twice before the boss becomes a wee bit suspicious... maybe that's why I never stay at a job for more than a few months...
