I need a good UG party in my life...or another DEMF like right now. I keep stopping by Oslo and eating good sushi, but everytime they have a great Dj the crowd always just...blows. I mean It's not that they are too old because you are never too old to get down to good sound. I just think that they aren't there for the same reason that I'm there: The music. These people put on there best gear and just...well...they just sit there.
And drink.
And grope each other.

It makes no sense to me! Dj's from all over play at Oslo and they get no love from these clubland rejects. I go to Oslo to get food, get down, and maybe get buzzed, they just go to be seen. Damn hipsters!!! They all look at me like I'm crazy because I'm rockin phat pants and a t-shirt (basic get down attire) while they appear to be going to a dinner party with P. Diddy or some such non-sense.

I think one of the promoters said it best: "I know you man, I know what kind of person you are. You're what we call a "head". You're here just for the music. You know what? We need more techno-heads to come out to the shows..."

He's right, damn it. Where is everybody? Are they just avoiding a great show because of a bunch of lame people are taking up space on the dance floor? Probably. That's what I used to do. *Sigh*
