Well I did it!! I wasn't sure if I would make it in the beginning but I did! I have been smoke free for 1 year! I could seriously be one of those corny people in a commercial for the drug chantix. Between that and some serious will power I did it. I don't even have the desire to smoke at all and I haven't for a long time. I only took those pills for maybe a month tops, which is good because that shit isn't cheap! Now at least I smell & taste better lol Still need to work on the breathing though. Although part of that is just me being out of shape. But I'm working on that too. I just ordered me a Ab rocket so I should have a 6-pack in no time... ok maybe not But at least I can work on getting even healthier.
