So it's been done, 9 samples have been submitted from my set, just waiting to hear the dreaded answer. That was about an hour ago and I'm driving myself crazy already.

I woke up early and went for coffee with Mark today, he likes to rush his, for me the coffee shop has become a sanctuary, i can't rush it. I love a big cup of strong black coffee, take out cup only, so it stay warmer longer, i like to savor each sip, let my tongue come alive as it swills around my mouth, tantalizing every taste bud. it's not even the coffee i go for. I like to go alone, with a book and a pack of smokes, it becomes my time, my time to examine who i am, other people, life in general. It gives me time to ponder life's great mysteries. I can be in there for half a day, I usually am.
I plan my next journey with my camera, my next career move, or even just what I'll have for lunch. I'll read, think, i'll even take my sewing, along with the strange looks i get from doing so. I'll ponder on the usefulness of words and the way they linger around your head, ring in your ears.
