The morning after the night before. I am not in a good way! 2.50 venezulan rum and 2 red stripes added to copious free shots of one of the worst drinks i have ever had have ensured my saturday off to a pretty lacklustre start! Onwards and upwards today though! Hangovers are for the weak!
Glorious day in glasgow today, always nice feeling to leave work and have the sun out! If only i could convince folk to go for an after work drink and take advantage of a beer garden!
On a bad note need to start preparing for my next 8 week GSP workout... Brutal but end results are worth it!

Another workin week over! Cinema tonight then going to sister's new company launch night, lazy saturday then a mad sunday drinking session celebrating my fav team getting trophey for winning league! Good times! Have a great weekend all!

Got some fantastic news today so drinking to celebrate! But on a bad note just saw some of the FHM top 100 sexiest women!! There are so many more woman hotter then number 1... Most.... no all girls on here are hotter than the number 1!

Haha Going to Vegas yes but i have been to numerous places in USA done the usual tourist stuff of NYC, Florida and Vegas previously, but LA, San Fran, Dallas, Boston, been to loads. See the world before too old to enjoy it!

Day after an absolutley epic night doing 2.8 hours later in glasgow. If anyone heard of this and considering i would 100% recommend it. If not for a stupid rushed choice 10 metres from end i could have been a survivor! But gettin zombified at end was all good! The people who planned the night went all out and there were some genuine mental moments...
