Not much really has happened. Had 3 days off.
Went out with my friends on sat night, was good despite being in a chav infected scum pub. But being there kinda makes you feel good about yourself....

Just watched Supersize Me. Good film and quite apropeiate( hope thats spelt right) as i'm trying to clean up my diet.
