Not much today.


Am currently eating loadsa monkey nuts, there is mess all over the room!

Not much, went to work today and a had a BS compeiton with one of the other guys which was cool.

Did 30 mins of yoga, am feeling nice and chilled and stretchy.

Had dinner with the folks, Pat came round for dinner, nice to see her.


Played on Doom 3 for a bit and got scared/ So bad in fact i had to turn...

Am listening to a new cd Sanctuary Medicines by Rico. sounds really good, like a cross between portishead and nin.

Poppy bought a mouse in today.jake sniffe it for a bit then got bored and left it for his liuttle sister to deal with.Wimp!

Rico sounds really cool as i'm writing this.

Not much today, worked came home played doom 3 for a bit, got so fuking scared that i thought all the shadows in my room, well i thought they were all monsters and shit.

1) getting a new computer... so good and so much better than my last one, doom 3 rules

2) Getting a kinda ok bill of health from the pyschiatrist. My blood tests were in his words excellent. i was worried about my liver as i have pickled it over...

Ahh it saved! Well just o recap on what didn't save....Today at work was the quickest 9.5 hour shift i've ever done.Apart from that not much else, oh i went to my brothers yesterday and saw my nephew....so cute.
