Well its blog time!

It seems that my down phase is starting to lift. Sometimes doing bugger all does help my bipolar.

Well i haven't really done bugger all, i've just stopped going to groups for a bit. But other than that i'm still doing all the usual shit, lol
Been training hard for Systema both at home and at class sessions. There is a simple correlation with martial arts, the more you practise the better you get, and hell i've been practising more and hence getting better

Other than that the sun has decided to come out and say hello to little out Englandshire, it does make a difference, but no doubt it will snow in 2 weeks!!!

Its coming up to a year or so since Grandma passed away, poor thing. Still whenever i wear my Misfits T-shirt that she got for me it always reminds me of her, bless her..




.....oh and my letters to the chairman of HSBC have actually been read by him, and his senior managers are looking into the shitting fucking crap service that i received from them. and to top it all they will phone me to help me with my my repayment offer......so hopefully i may be a richer man in the not to distant future!!!!
