After about 2 years with no love given to it i've decided to dig out my guitar. I could never play for toffee anyway so i don't even know why i'm trying to learn Vicarious by Tool!

Oh i must be 2 stone over weight due to all the fucking meds i've been put on. not only do they pile on the pounds but they kick you in the butt by making you even more hungry...so unfair.
Despite the ever increasing size of my gut i decided to give myself a challenge. It was to put on Tool's 10,000 Days album and see how many pull ups i could do
It started off quite well, the most i'd ever done before was 120 in a session. But amazingly i was like a duracell bunny. 100 came quickly, then 150...fuckit it thought aim for 200, that came easily.
i then decided to call it quits at 220 something i.e 1 for each pound i weigh...did that. so i decided to round it off to a nice even figure
Yes 250 pull ups in about an hour, not bad for someone who is 2 stone overweight!!

Yes it has made me feel good espically as i've been even more moody lately.

Oh i went xmas shopping today in the WGC...is it me or are John Lewis customers so fucking rude! Yes i know i spent 2 years working there, but just walking around the shop today and seeing all the Daily Mail brigade waltzing around as though they own the fucking world and not letting people pass really pisses me off...They're the first to critise people who don't have any manners, yet they lack any themselves.....wankers.....
