Well well well. Have just got in from London, have been to Shepards Bush Empire to see the Strokes.
It wasn't my choice in going, i was a "spare", i.e a fiends friend dropped out so i took the ticket....
As for the gig it was kinda cool in parts,kinda lame in parts and rocked like a motherfucker in parts! The thing is that i don't own any of their albums so only know stuff from MTV2.Think i would of enjoyed it more if i knew more of their songs....But fuck it, it was a night out and i had a good time, at least i didn't end up in the medical tent for 4 hours like i did during the last band i saw..Well it was the Foo Fighters.
