Last night was cool. Did 30 mins of chi kung and felt fanny elastic afterwards.


As for today had my day off today.I did 40 mins of yoga and felt stretchy and nice and relaxed.

Applied for a job.Made a cock up of sending emails, proberly won't get the job now.

Off to see The Strokes tommorow, don't know what to expect...hopefully it will be good. Ta ta....
