Am cool. Went bowling for my birthday last night. There was 12 of us playing for 3 games. Our team won of course we me getting the top score for our team in the last game, whoop yeah! The good thing was that our lanes were next to works so i could speak to those guys as well......

Am feeling quite tense of late, don't know why, cpould be my underlying problems that i still have and have not addressed yet. Am waiting or the pyschologist appointments, which i think willl be quite a wait
