Now that I foot is all healed, and I seam to be back to normal I've been able to get out and move around. I knew I gained some weight while I was injured I didn't relize to the extent of how much. Since the end of September I've been getting back into running again, and eating healthier and I've lost 35lbs so far.

Well I've been gone for a little while. I had surgery on my foot and went through a lot of pain, and discomfort to finally get it fixed. While I healed I decided to get away from a lot of things that were driving me a bit crazy. Work, the social media, and politics.

Well I came back and I'm not sure how I like the new SG site. Its a bit different so i'll give it a go for a bit
So i had Surgery on my foot today, and I'm back at home. Now for the next week I'm going to be gimped up on crutches and all. I just hope after all this is done my foot is back to norlam
