I need another job....
My job right now is schizo....They are changing things up when they see fit. We'll agree to something and then a day later, its a different procedure. People are scrambling around like chickens with their heads cut off because we have a new Director.My manager is a worry wort so he always calling and e-mailing me about this and that. Nevermind the process....If I was doing something that I love, I wouldn't mind the stress. This job just pays the bills....I stop giving a shit about it after my second year...I'm going on year 6
