Hells yeah. I sold more of my special last night (to fewer tables, mind you) than the GM chef's special sold the night before! Simple dishes FTW. We'll see how I do tonight though, I'm doing a deconstructed sushi plate with an orange wasabi vinegarette. Maybe I'll break the vinegarette down too...hmmmmm. I'll post a picture of if when I get back tonight.

I'm thinking that it's time to follow my heart and move to Colorado. Telluride, to be precise. The more I think about it, the more it seems like a good idea, and CherryCoke seems to have been thoroughly warmed-up to the idea as well...when to leave, when to leave...
