Day two of the season was excellent. I rented some tele boots this morning and took out my teles for the first time, and I'm happy to report that there were no falls, just gobs and gobs of horrible skiing. I think I made two tele turns in about an hour, but that's not bad for not having a lesson and just being out there fucking around on my own. The boots were horrifically uncomfortable and I gave up after three bunny hill runs and grabbed my race board and went back to the real trails. I rode for about an hour or so and met Rikki for lunch, and here I am now.
I can't wait to take a tele lesson and actually figure those things out...that was alot of fun.
