First update in a long time.
Doing good up here, working at the Top O' Quad restaraunt at Bretton Woods...kinda disappointing compared to what I was expecting to be doing, but I'll be over in the Hotel's fancy-food kitchen pretty soon. The Executive Chef over there wants me in his kitchen, and since he outranks my supervisor on the corporate ladder, I'll have my foot in over there within the next week or so, and Chef Ed will start weening the ski area off of me as needed.
I can't wait to be in a restaraunt that won't have me going home early because of bad weather...
