Another day, another delcious dish that I really shouldn't eat. Today is Pork Tenderloin sauteed served with Potatoes A'langlaise and Juillienned Carrot, Leek, and Turnip. Oh yeah, and to top it all off, it's served with a Sweet and Sour Beer Sauce
. Sooooo good. But, as French Cusine is all about being low calorie....it's LOADED with butter...there must be at least 100g of butter in the sauce alone, not to mention that's how you cook the veg
. Delicious, but seeing as I'll be making something with a comparable amount of butter tomorrow and the day after and the day after, this one is going to someone who isn't trying to lose their belly. Anybody want some delicious Sweet and Sour Beer sauce Pork?
